Sweet Wishes!

I know Holi festival is over but who doesn't love some sweets. No festival can complete without sweets so here is a colorful background card with sweet Gunjiyas and sparkly splashes!

• On a piece of white CS I placed the Splash stencil and applied Tinted Gold Shimmer Paste through it.

• Blended different DI-Candied apple, carved pumpkin, lucky clover, twisted citrus, fossilized amber, wilted violet, seedless preserves, salty ocean and mermaid lagoon to create a colorful background.
• Stamped the image of thali with gunjiyas using Jet black Archival ink. 
• I colored the thali using Creamy Cantalope Shimmer paint(Pearl Finish) and colored the sweet image using DI- fossilized amber and carved pumpkin. Visible clear in the below pic:

• Added a die cut sentiment Sweet Wishes and placed the whole panel on a black CS.
• Finished it off with some sequins.

You Fill My Days With Colors!

Happy Sunday!

A colorful card with festive feel on it! This is my DT post for Craftyscrappers!

• I started with stamping some cute pichkari images from the Celebrate Holi Stamp set in Jet black Archival ink.
• Colored these images using different Shimmer Sprays– Sour eggplant, Ocean waves, Bitter lemon, Sweet pumpkin and one DI- candied apple and one Memento dye ink- Dandelion using water. Fussy cut them.
• On a stitched textured white CS, at the top, I carefully stamped the Splash image three times overlapping them from the Celebration Holi stamp set using Different DI and slightly spritzed it with mist bottle. Love the faded dripping colorful result. Then once again I stamped those splashes using same DI for the good impact result.
• Die cut a scalloped circle out of black CS and black foam sheet. 
• In the centre I created my own sentiment using the same stamp set again, this stamp set included so many cute text sentiments!
• You Fill My Days With in jet black Archival ink and Colors in using different DI.
• Now placed all the elements to create my colorful festive scene with fun using foam dots.
• In the end, placed this panel on a colorful Plaid PP and adhered it on a white CS. And slightly applied some tinted gold SHIMMER PASTE for glittery impact with my brush for little sparkle.

Panel theme card in MM style!

Hello everyone!
Happy Friday!

This is a popular panel theme style card in mixed media style. I never plan out for my cards. I just started with 3 panels out of a textured white CS. 

• Using clock and numbers stencil I applied 3 different Memento dye inks to create my wall clocks.

• Then added another layer of Damask stencil in soft green!
• I die cut some flowers and on a craft mat, sprayed those flowers with Shimmer Sprays Ocean waves and Sour eggplant, love the shimmery result.

• The MDF fairy is gesso first and then highlighted with Shimmer paint Royal Baby.

• Die cut some more different elements. The sentiment explore and number 2 die cut 3 times to make a good stack and on a top layer applied glossy accent for dimension. Now added all them to create the whole scene on a textured white card base. In the end added some shimmery splatters and applied gesso and shimmery paint to highlighted the flowers with more dimension.

Pretty Roses

Spring is here! The weather is so nice with cool wind and the garden is full of blossoms. I really love this time of year! It's so pleasant and cheerful everywhere with full of colors
I have a pretty card to showcase you all!
Layered roses impact is very trendy and popular nowadays. And these roses I created using a beautiful stencil. It is a bit tricky and requires a lot of practice. After some successful attempts I managed to get some pretty roses. I decided to fussy cut and use the good ones to make a card.

Below is my take and trial methods I did. I took  some clicks step wise to make it clear how to use them.

This is the direct impact of Create-A-Flower(Roses) stencil to make you the concept clear.

 I used heavy whisper white CS and the inks I used here are Altenew inks in the tones of purple and green to achieve a good result. You can use any dye inks but it should be various shades of same color family. I started with light to darker shades. You can use pigment inks too but I refer for the best result to use dye inks only.

Place the stencil step wise as shown in the pics. Started with the base layer of the stencil and and for the depth and dimension I used purple color family tones here.
There are 3 rose elements too for masking. I placed one of them according to the given size and added those leaves in the shades of green.

 In all I love this stencil set! With little practice, roses were easy to align and love the final result after fussy cutting, so beautiful!

Die cut a scalloped circle frame 2 times out of white CS and a white foam sheet, made a stack. Now using my die, I placed Abstract Pattern stencil on my white card base and applied dye ink. Now placed the stack of die cut scalloped circle and added some splatters using Midnight magic shimmer spray for more interest and fun.

The sentiment Hugs is a Pre die-cut in black and finished it with some enamel dots!

Celebrate Holi! The festival of colors!

Holi Hai!

     "If wishes come in rainbow colors then I would send the brightest way to say Happy Holi!"
I am so excited to show my colorful and vivid colors Holi creation and this is for my family! In India, this is a celebration time to enjoy the Holi festival! It is a festival of colors, fun, eating, gathering!!! So here is my creation!

The party crowd is just perfect in framing using SSS Frames. For the BG of my card, I used colour bursts and Brusho, such fun! And combined it with a smiling sunshine, rainbow and clouds.

I adhered the rainbow, clouds and sunshine using foam dots. Added a smiley face using my black pen, some diamond stickles to rainbow and around the edge of each cloud for some extra fun! Adhered my panel on a white card base.  At the top most I added the Celebrate sentiment die cut.
Inside view:

 I used the masking crowd to match my outside, never waste my supplies:). Stamped the sentiment in jet black and colour the word Happy.

Brief Tutorial

This card is ready for spring and the couple is made for each other and enjoying the sunbeams in this spring garden! I love the cute sentiment on this.

• I began with this cute couple, stamped the image onto a watercolored CS and watercolored them using Zigs. Fussy cut them and inked the edges using a black pen.

• On a white CS I die cut a heart from the center. Placed the sunburst stencil and applied Mermaid Lagoon DI. 

• Now placed another stencil from the same stencil set to create my ground using twisted citron and lucky clover DI, blended them properly. Now spritzed this panel with water, picking up some of the excess ink with a paper towel for more interest.

• For the next step, I used my heart die as a stencil on a Bielo white card base and blended Blueprint DI. On this blended heart heat embossed the sentiment using Opaque bright white embossing powder.
• Now die cut a bunch of Hollyhock flowers in white and watercolored them using Zigs.
• Layered my sunburst panel on that Blended heart panel carefully using pop dots.

• Created the spring scene placing all the elements with foam adhesives with dimensions.
