Gift envelopes for the little ones!

Hello to all!
Good day!

I am very busy these days as some constructions work started at my house.  And while a bit of free time appeared I had to manage everything planned and conceived. The children's topic caught me a little and it turned out to set of two envelopes for a baby boy and a baby girl!
In love with cute Beary images so decided to make a set of two envelopes!

For a boy

Firstly die cut an envelope in baby blue.

Die cut a white panel, using 3 D hexagon stencil created this beautiful design using DI as shown in the picture.

Have you seen the magic of Tinsel Dust glitter? I applied some texture paste through my stencil and before drying quickly applied this dust. It looks so fabulous with all silver shimmer and textured flakes, love the result:)

Then decorated this panel with a cute beary image with some toys, border & scalloped circle dies in silver, a pretty flower and bold baby chiplet in black!

For a girl

I used arrow stencil for this.  And applied the same technique, I used for Boy panel envelope.

Hoping you like them!
Hugs and Smiles!

Tea is Happiness in a cup!

Hello friends!
Happy weekend!

Are you a coffee or tea Drinker?
I really enjoy my one strong, sweet, creamy cup of tea every morning, it always gives me Happiness in a cup!!!
This card is pretty yet so simple to make I don't think it really needs much explaining.

I always love to participate this fun blog hop hosted by my very talented friend Amy Tsuruta! There are lots of super fabulous sponsors with Tons of prizes and offers!!!

First of all, I love the cup with flower image to color and secondly that sentiment is right up my ally.

To frame the sentiment I used an embossing folder Dot frame and an oval frame dies. I love that rose on the cup, reminding me of an old fashioned tea rose!

Added some pink striped strip before adding the oval frame. Stamped the cup and die cut it.
The flowers and leaves were stamped and die cut and colored with Zig Brushes and glued to the card.

I embellished the centres of the flowers by sprinkling some sparkly dots with a sparkly string under the cup. And I love the shadow of pink on the sentiment.

I love this shabby style Spring Teacup card!

Thank u very much for visiting and kind words!
Hugs and smiles!

Mum.....You are the Best!

Hello to all!
Happy Friday!

Mother's Day is just a few days away!
My card showing the image of the Mom and a Daughter in a field of flowers! This is the best way to show your love and affection by giving a single flower to her :)

This time I decided to go with one layer card. I usually tend to make my cards with many layers and in reality, you can make a beautiful card with just one layer!
I started by stamping the image and by using a sponge created some textures in the shade of blue, white and greens using distress oxides and white chalk paint. Then stamped some flowers to create a field full of blooms. Then colored my image using Polychromos colored pencils. Added some hand-drawn hearts.

A close-up view.

Finished it with some sequins and added a corner in black.
