Celebrate

 Hello!

Happy weekend!

Today, I want to celebrate Uniko 9th Birthday! I made totally a different style card using Mid Century Modern stamp which I hold for perfect use.

I started by Background blocks Mid Century Modern stamp in archival black ink at my focal point.

And then first I stamped my leaves, colored them with light blue and light yellow ZIG markers and then stamped the detailed image in Altenew inks.

After that, I stamped my flower. I stamped the solid flower image in frosty pink. Then stamped the detailed image in midnight violet. Added the sentiment in black with shadow stamping, things to match.

Love the fun clean-lined, graphic look pattern, a great way to add interest and grounding for the flower to life!

Supply list

Cardstock: whisper white

Stamps: Background blocks Mid Century Modern stamp and Beautiful Blooms III from Uniko; Bold Buzz words from Paper Smooches

Archival ink: jet Black

Altenew inks: Frosty pink, midnight violet, desert night

ZIG real brushes

One layer beauty in red!

 Hello to all!

A few challenges caught my eyes and inspire me to create a card!

Today I thought to play with Sketched Tulips which is the perfect stamp to work for less is more.

I wanted my tulips to be red color only. First I masked my area from all sides and leaving some part only to apply DI using a round Ink blender tool. Then I stamped only the stem part of my image on that red blended area, heat embossed in Bright white and removed my masking tape.

Then Stamped the top part in jet black. I watercolored my tulips leaving some part uncolored for more interest.

Stamped the sentiment and added some splatters, voila done!

Here is a closure look:

A splash of purple over black and white!

 Hello!

I have tried something different this time.

This is my DT post for Cut It Up Challenges with a theme of black and white with a pop of colour!

I pick purple as an accent colour!

I used Daisy and swirl embossed background and slightly touch up the centre of flowers with DI.

Die-cut and intricate and gorgeous butterfly in purple glitter CS.

Added some fancy borders at the top of my card in black and white with a sentiment on it. In the end for a more feminine look added a pretty dotted shimmery ribbon with a bow. Embellished the flower centre with some white pearls.

I am pleased with the overall design of my card!

Happy crafting!

Reason to Smile!

 Hello to all!

Good Afternoon!

Today, I got some time for a little stamping before lunch and made this bright and beautiful card in yellow to make someone day happy! I made this card for my friend to celebrate her Birthday.

This stamp set from Hero Arts is my favorite now and I haven't used it before, I love this daisy bloom in yellow with a bold saying from Kaisercraft.

I just gave outlined my stamp using ZIG brushes directly and die cut them. Then slightly colored them all.  Stamping outline stamps with fun colors is an excellently clean and simple way to design a card. I used two shades yellow and green to give this card such a fresh and fun look. Layered them all and paired my flower with a pretty dotted PP in yellow. And added a tiny butterfly near the sentiment.

I attached my flowers and leaves with foam dots for some dimension.

Yes you! You are loved

 Hello!

Happy Friday!

There is a 3rd Turner Syndrome Awareness Annual blog hop and challenge hosted by Lori Kobular. Where the theme is It's a girl thing! I am participating in the challenge and wanted to spread more awareness and information through my post.

Turner Syndrome is a genetic disorder where a female is born missing all or part of the 2nd X chromosome leaving her with life long medical issues and learning disabilities. One in 2000 females worldwide is born with this condition. For more information check on her blog.

PS: Here I win the Uniko challenge with a Twist! Hooray!

This is my card.

I have created a colorful background with a soft look using a stencil from Uniko and distress inks.

Stamped the sentiment in black and Yes you! You are on a white angled strip.

Then I created a heart frame cut 3 times, one from a white foam sheet and a pair of duck. I stacked and glued the hearts for some dimension and adhered it to my stencilled panel in the centre. Glued the pair of duck with an enamel heart in between for more interest. Added this panel to my square base card panel.

Stamped some polka dot circles in different colors. Finally added some crystal drops for some shine in the centre of flowers.

Happy crafting!

Happy Birthday!

Hello!

For today card, I started off by creating the scattered polka dot pattern on my main panel.

PS: Yay! I won the challenge here!!!

On a stitched rectangle white die cut panel I adhered my stencil and applied embossing ink through my sponge dauber. Then spread the bonding powder and after heating added blue foil on the top. And run through my Bigshot machine for equal pressure. Voila, great foil dots appeared. It is my first trial ever without using any machine.

Next, I adhered my piece on a blue mirror CS and then a white base card panel. I die cut a stitched circle in white framed it on blue mirror CS circle. Die-cut a happy word and stamped birthday sentiment in blue.

Then I stamped a flower and leaf, heat embossed them in silver sparkle EP. Then watercoloured them and fussy cut all. I adhered my flower and leaf with foam squares for some dimension. And finished it off with some silver sequins!

I really hope you like my card with foil element to shine!

Lots of Love!

 Hello!

Lots of love what we need! Not just as we think ahead to Valentine's day but all year long!

To begin with, I started with a heart die from MFT and extended the trunk part. What really I love this die about various sizes of small hearts and leaves and its intricate design!

I stamped the pretty girl and colored her with my ZIG markers and added some dots on her dress for more texture.

Then created a ground for her. Added those part of tiny hearts in red color with some sparkle into the tree. and painted some more love confetti in the air to blow.

In the end, added the sentiment. Added that die cut panel on my card base with some dimension.

That's it for today. I hope you enjoyed my card!

Cardstock: whisper white

Stamp: Blowing kisses from MFT

Dye Ink: Black Licorice from Lawn Fawn
