Gingerbread men and coffee this Christmas!

Hello everyone!

Happy Friday!

I fell in love with this great card full of delicacy!

I stamped a pair of coffee cups using jet black archival ink and ground espresso distress ink, and clear embossed both before drying them for some shine. Now watercolored the bottom part of the cups and fussy cut both the cups.
Die cut some snowflakes and gingerbread in chocolate brown, and some glittered green pine boughs.

I embossed a white panel in half with a Christmas sentiment.

Now I decorated my panel with all these elements, as well as some tiny gold stars and tiny hearts.

Some close-ups:

It's hard to lift a card as beautiful as it is sweet!

Autumn coffee cup treasure!

 Hi to all!

Happy Thursday!

A new and different style of card this time, such a fun discovery with a new technique with popular wax seal stamping a cute tassel addition!

I started with my old lace CS and added a textured white CS layer.

I stamped a coffee cup in fall colors and watercolored it with my Zig brushes, fussy cut.

Now die-cut stitched frames from a white handmade sheet. Die cut an Ampersand in textured metallic gold sheet and some true love stems in white. Added some gold markers to the love stems for the textures.

Using a clear glue stick made a sea, wax stamp and highlighted it with a gold marker.

Created a handmade tassel using some threads.

Wanna love all the textures with the autumn feeling and all elements together on this.

Happy crafting!

Playful kittens!

Hello everyone!

Happy Monday!

Today my card featured some tiny fun playful kittens with a dotted cover plate die.

Janis is hosting the 7th Annual Cat Lovers Hop 2021.

I am glad to participate this year! But I am going out for the next 2 days, so will come back after 2 days with more of my cat projects.

I started with a dotted cover plate die out of white CS, holographic sheet and white foam sheet.
On my card base, I placed one of the white dotted dies and marked some circles using a pencil.

Now I blended some DI using a blender on these circles and rub circle marks. Added some water droplets on the blended circles.

Now filled some of the dotted shakers in two colors, placed my cats and placed a transparent sheet on it and adhered my holographic panel on it.

In the end, I placed a die-cut sentiment out of a glitter sheet.

Look at these playful kittens, sp magical! Aren't they so cute!

Happy crafting!

Winter fun with polar friends at Antarctica!

 Hello friends!

Happy Friday!

Yesterday I got to work with this nice stamp set Polar bear fun from Poppy stamps and combined it with another stamp set cute animals too and fun with Zig watercolour brushes!

I went for a clean and simple card with a lot of white space.

Firstly I created an icy scene in the background to really flesh out the arctic home they live in and roughly drew an ice flow to sit my cute seal and slightly watercoloured the backgrounds with snow bergs. I stamped the cute baby polar bear and watercoloured too with some fishes in the cold water in Antarctica. And fussy cut the whole scene for more interest and dimension.

The funny seal is a critter that I stamped and coloured the little sweater in the traditional festive red colour with my Zigs and fussy cut.

Stamped the sentiment and created some snowfall too using a white gel pen. I placed my seal image with dimension on my finished card to stand out a bit more.
I really have fun making this card. Hope you like it!
Happy crafting!

Christmas in July!

 Hello to all!

Happy Tuesday!

Who doesn't love Christmas cards for gifting someone, so most of the challenge themes inspired me to make Christmas cards early!

Here is my first slimline card!

I started by die cutting my own base for a slimline card using a scalloped border die out of the white sheet. I created my own background using two different sizes of beautiful poinsettias from different stamp sets. I stamped the flowers in archival ink and watercoloured them. added some leaves as shown in the pic.

Using a foliage stencil I applied DI.

Now added some white splatters and a sentiment. But the sentiment ink little bleed as shown in the pic below.

So I stamped the sentiment again on an angled strip, added with dimension.

For the final touch added some half pearls at the centre of my flowers.
Hope you enjoyed this project!

Happy crafting!

Rocker Nautical card!

Hello friends!

Happy Friday!

I made a Rocker Nautical card the first time and I pretty much love it! Something different from my usual style. It was a super fun project to create!

I missing my ocean trips for the last two years and this card feels like a trip to the ocean, relax in a hammock and stare at the boats at the sea:) A real treat!

I am the winner here:

https://davebrethauer.typepad.com/outsidethebox/2021/08/memory-box-challenge-75-white-focal-point.html

I started by cutting some stitched circle shapes. Then die cut a splash border out of the white circle die and one from a patterned paper sheet.

Then die cut some triangles out of a white CS and PP to create my nautical boat shape. Die-cut a lighthouse and watercolored it.

Now added some flying sea birds, an anchor and more sea boat embellishments as shown in the pic. Added a die-cut word Explore with some coastal elements like seashells, starfishes and rhinestones too.

Hope you enjoyed this nautical project!

Happy crafting!

The Adventure Begins!

 Hello to all!

Happy Saturday!

A Masculine theme card with a nautical version!

The background is created by a Gelli plate, distress inks and a brayer on a watercoloured panel.

Added some water droplets to look more realistic for a cloudy sky and ocean scene. It is the first time I used the Gelli plate and love the results, made work more interesting with textures.

Now I used a sea waves stencil and applied an embossing pad using sponge dauber and heat embossed using Midnight dreams glitter powder for texture and giving a nice amount of movement!

Using Opaque bright white EP stamped the ship image. Added some seagulls because no trip to the ocean is complete without them flying by! Adhered the panel to a white panel. Tied a jute twine.

Now die cut some bamboo sticks, some seaweeds out of vellum sheets, navy blue CS, light blue CS and a Lighthouse, a ship wheel.  First I adhered silver coloured metal net and added all the elements along with a sentiment.
