Hello!
Lots of love what we need! Not just as we think ahead to Valentine's day but all year long!
To begin with, I started with a heart die from MFT and extended the trunk part. What really I love this die about various sizes of small hearts and leaves and its intricate design!
I stamped the pretty girl and colored her with my ZIG markers and added some dots on her dress for more texture.
Then created a ground for her. Added those part of tiny hearts in red color with some sparkle into the tree. and painted some more love confetti in the air to blow.
In the end, added the sentiment. Added that die cut panel on my card base with some dimension.

This is so sweet, the little girl is so adorable and you've created the perfect scene for her. Really love how you did the die-cut tree with only the red hearts and the dotty colouring for the hill adds so much texture. Always so happy to see your cards at TIME OUT!
