Wooden name plaque with a dash of nature!

Hello everyone!
Happy Thursday!

I am back with a bang after while a long break!
So excited to announce here that I am a part of Itsy Bitsy Design Team for 6 months! And This is my first DT post for them!
Every house has a story and every nameplate is the title of that story. Thus, it's imperative that your nameplate is as beautiful as the story inside. You all know my house recently had painted and I need to makeover my nameplate using some modern touch to it!
With this beautiful nameplate at your door, welcome guests and yourself with the freshness of naturesque look and the warmth of love!
As always, I hope you love what I've made......

For this home decor project, I used wooden pine plaque as the base.

The door is made out of a plywood sheet and covered it by paper with decoupage glue. And glued rooftop at the top of the door from different cardboard pieces. I applied chalk paints to these pieces.
Then added different type of moss and more naturalistic look added embossing paste to them and heat embossed them with the heat tool.

At the bottom of the plaque, I added another piece of cardboard with a lot of textures. Finally, the pretty bird attached at the roof.
Cut two holes in it to attach my planter and tied it with jute twine.

Now I gave a makeover to my old name board too, I love the desired results!

Into this.......

Lastly, a golden chain attachment helped to position the nameplate on a hook!

Finally one more look:

So, that's it from me for today and thank u so much for stopping by to say hello and for leaving your lovely comments..... I can't wait to read them!
Hope you all have a lovely and creative day, see you soon!
Happy crafting!
