Birthday love to you

Hello everyone!
Well, as another month flies by, This time I like to share a beautiful project with lots of techniques and textures added on! My creation is inspired from autumn colors, I love autumn colors:) So, here it is Step by step creation.
I used a brick stencil, I sponged the Archival ink on the stencil. Placed the stencil upside down on the textured white paper and gently pressed it to press the ink down. Then I mixed a Squid ink (grey) Gelato in texture paste to obtain a real brick look and applied it on the stencil smoothly. Then lifted it up carefully. After drying I outlined the bricks using distress marker and distressed the edges using distress ink. This is the result.
I used some textured mediums. I love the bright colors of the Gelatos and how the different color mix well and blend together. I applied some tissue papers, crushed them properly and glued them on a watercolor sheet, After drying, I scribbled some gelatos and spray water until it drips. see the texture.
Then I applied some extra texture to create the interest and heat embossed with clear gloss embossing powder.

I also used a wooden chipboard butterfly and heat embossed it with Wow embossing glitter powders.
 Isn't it gorgeous!!!
Here is my final creation:

The yellow colored small roses are from my stash and the big ones are handmade. I used a Royal roses die on a watercolor paper and misted some water on the die cut. Then I colored it using distress inks and I also distressed some white colored Satin leaves.

For the tag, I used a brown colored texture sheet and before stamping the sentiment, I heat embossed the background using wow embossing white powder and then stamped the sentiment .
I finished off my card with lots of embellishments, doilies and die cuts.

Autumn Beauty

Hi everyone!
Autumn is the season of liberty. Instead of being green, leaves can choose between yellow, red, brown, orange.
As the leaves come falling down.
We see the beauty all on the ground.
The crackle under our feet and make a crunching sound.
Fall is here! I love the season!
The leaves are only one reason.....

I made a beautiful card , here it is....

Today, my card features some Unique Craft metal sheets Garland green and brushed copper (won at Add a Little Dazzle challenge, Thanks to Monika Weaver). It is so smooth, crisp with beautiful colors. The white panel is embossed. The fall leaves are from Jef Punches. I made a golden foiled sheet frame and added this white panel on it.

The sentiment is stamped on a Burlap sheet and adhered on a brown label. I added few brown colored pearls on the label and finished it off by using a Tim Holtz Jute string. I added a metal fall leaf charm and tied a knot.

Hope, you enjoyed my creation!

Elegant Butterfly

Happy Friday Everyone!
For my next project this week, I decided to make a textured card inspired by Jennifer McGuire watercolor+ texture paste video tutorial.  I love all her easy steps techniques:).
Here is my creation:

I started by making my own embossing paste and applied this paste using a stencil on a white textured panel and waited till it dried completely. To color my background I used watercolor cakes using Autumn color theme too , this gave me a wonderful texture:). After that I used an archival ink to stamp a Harlequin patterns randomly.
I made one more extra panel and stamped a floral blossom using Versamark embossing ink pad and Wow metallic copper  embossing powder.  This time I used distress inks to create my BG. Then I matted both the panels on Silver sheet. And adhered it on my Raspberry pink CS.
I added a border at the bottom edge of the CS..

A gorgeous butterfly stamped on a piece of vellum and heat embossed in Silver Platinum Sparkle and colored it with distress markers from the backside.
The sentiment is embossed in metallic copper. I embellished my card using a silver edged white colored ribbon and added a jeweled leaf brooch on it, bling and few pearls were added at the border.

I  love how stencils add a great impression with combining stamping:) Glad to see the result, isn't it!
I hope you like it!

Watercolured flowers

Hello Folks, how are you!
On Sunday, It was a great opening of another ITSY Bitsy store in Delhi. And I enjoyed shopping on that day with lots of new goodies to add in my stash. I don't have any big flower image , So I purchased some new flower stamp sets:)
Here in Delhi, its raining today at:). The weather is humid. And I am enjoying crafting at this moment with a cup of tea.
So a card for CASE STUDY and some more challenges. My card is based on the very talented Debby Hughes Muses! Her card is amazing! love the softness on vellum and colors!!!

Here is my card:

Firstly, I heat embossed my images on water colored sheet with Wow Opaque Bright White embossing powder and  I heat embossed the leaves in Silver Bells. Then I wet the image properly and played with watercolors. After watercoloring I again stamped on the leaves by masking for some impression using Hero Arts Flowers and Butterfly set using my new Fern Green Archival ink. I wanted some soft and faded look at the background so I used color wash technique.
I choose a mint colored textured CS to adhered my watercolor sheet and then matted on a white CS. To match the background, I have so many colored vellum sheets and choose a mint colored vellum sheet and cut it in a flag shaped banner. And die cut the Friends phrase on a silver metallic sheet and glued it with glossy accents on the vellum. At the back side of vellum I used adhesive foam tape behind the letters. I added few silver metallic sequins, platinum pearl liquid dots from ranger and a Tim Holtz fern colored jute string for some interest:)

 Here is the inside:
I used a leftover piece and stamped the sentiment in fern green archival ink.
 I hope you like it!

Other Supplies used:
Corner punch
Watercolor cakes from Milan
Flower set from Itsy Bitsy
New Friends Phrase Die from Sizzix

It's Your Birthday!

Hello everyone!
Today, I am sharing a Birthday card using my new Whimsy Rubber stamp by Elisabeth Bell called "Lil Sweet Tweeter." She is so sweet and charming. I stamped her onto my textured watercolor white CS using black archival ink. And this time I added some copic colors in my stash first time and used them with promarkers too., easily blend with together nicely. Copic colors are very cool. I added some light blue effect around the image for depth using Chalk from Scrappin Gear. Here is my creation:

From another angle
I think, It is a beautiful creation in Autumn colors theme. Designer papers are combined with different stacks, I used DCWV diagonal stripes PP from Pretty as a peacock 12x12 stack pad, Small dotted dots PP is from my stash and the fall leaves paper from Birds song A5 stack pad by Jags and matted them onto a brown colored CS.
The sentiments and labels are from Sizzix Framelits Dies with 20 sentiments set. It is a marvelous set! I heat embossed the sentiment using Wow Opaque Bright White embossing powder.
I embellished my cards using a piece of  Blue colored Tulle, a gorgeous white lace, chipboard bird cage, lots of foam rose flowers and one two toned rose flower, metal charms(butterfly and a leaf), lovely sunflower in white, Green felt leaves, white colored satin rose leaves, orange colored organza ribbon, feathers, rhinestones, pearls, Tim Holtz Orange colored jute string, 2 heart buttons and diamond stickles from Ranger.

Here's the close up of Sweet Tweeter

The inside is decorated to match with the outside. I am lucky having this beautiful birthday wishes ribbon from Crafty Ribbon Challenge (recently won some crafty ribbon in prize). Thanks to them:)

Hope you enjoyed this birthday creation!!!
Have a wonderful Day!

Flower Girl

Hello Crafters!
Happy Teachers Day!
Today, In India, we celebrate Teachers Day in schools. Children shows their love to the teachers by gifting some cards and dressed up as their favourite teacher:0) . I always remembered those days when my tiny tots express their love gifting me their handmade cards with rose flowers:).  A teacher always play a most significant role in the life of the student.  So I made a card in remembrance of those days. and for all crafty Teachers......

I used a sweet broken Box Free Image called Flower Girl tootled and  it can be used for any occasion.
She is wearing a beautiful fluffy dress; flowers in her hand and hair. I colored her with my promarkers and added stickles to her fluffy dress, shoes and on flowers bouquet and fussy cut out her. I added some vertical lines using Marta Stewart punch board on a dark pink colored CS. I embellished my card with handmade rose flowers and added some texture by heat embossed some Wow embossing powders. I added a handmade rose mold flower on a pink colored satin ribbon bow. The inside sentiment is also a freebie, I don't remember from where. I finished off my card with some silver beads in the center of the flowers, die cut flourish, rhinestone and some punched flowers.
I hope you enjoy my today's project!
