Summer blooms!

Hello friends!

Happy Monday!

Today I have a card using the Itsy Bitsy stamp set called- Rosy garden. I absolutely love this beautiful set and stamp multi-layered blooms. I used Misti for this project, it made layered stamping easy to line up everything!

I used Altenew inks to create this card. Such incredibly realistic results!

Fussy cut all the blooms and leaves.

I made my slimline card base out of white CS and created a scalloped window to frame the florals. Die-cut some double-stitched circle frames and added a pattern paper layer. I used foam tape for dimension and interest.

Arranged all the blooms and leaves with some dimensions. Added a sentiment.

Finished it off with some water droplets! Really pretty and graphic but still romantic!
Hope you enjoyed it!
Happy crafting!

Every age can be enchanted- 2D Art Journaling!

 Hello to all!

Happy Saturday!

"what could be more beautiful than a dear old lady growing wise with age? Every age can be enchanting, provided you live within it." - Brigette Bardot

It doesn't mean giving into our age, it simply means adapting to it. Ageing is inevitable. Our hair will turn grey and our skin and our joints will loosen so just make sure you choose earrings and lipstick to match your hair color, and wear clothes that will hold you in a little - no big deal.

At your age, you become more relaxed with yourself, more accepting of others, less judgemental and less worried about what people think. You are less restricted and can therefore be much more impulsive - if you want to wear spots, stripes and flowers all the same time you can. If you do pass wind people will think you are too old and polite to do that so won't believe for a moment it was you - so you can let it go and smile! Most of all enjoy the freedom to do all these things - you.ve earned it and you're allowed to now!

So here is my 2D Art Journal page!

First of all, I collected all the materials I need to create this page and fussy cut all the elements for both the pages.

I added some torn sticker rolls and a handmade paper randomly. Did some stamping.

Added those beautiful fussy cut flowers. with the frame to create a window.

A closer look:

The next page-

Added a seal wax stamp in dual-colour with a dried flower and highlighted it with a silver marker.
Finished off both the pages by adding some half pearls and splatters.

Hope you enjoyed the page!
Happy crafting!

Hope your day is Magical!

 Hello everyone!

Happy Friday!

A magical unicorn is perfect for any birthday celebration from kids to adults! And Magical creature is the theme this fortnight at Cut It Up Challenges!

I stamped the image on the snippet of white card stock and watercoloured it.

Die-cut a wavy grid background in glitter pink and silver glittery CS and filled the silver pieces in the pink ones.

On a snippet of a velum piece stamped the cloud image and heat embossed it with sparkling glitter and sentiment in silver. Added some red stars using pink gel pen.
Die-cut an oval shape and using an embossing pen created the oval line to highlight the image more.

Now added the vellum sheet on die cut panel using transparent sticky tape. Added the unicorn image and created a stamped tiny heart with tiny dots on the pony and hair for more interest.

Isn't it so cute and magical with a monochromatic look!
Have a magical day!

Happy crafting!

Enchanted nature Beauty!

Hello friends!

Happy Wednesday!

Today's journal spread is "Enchanted Nature Beauty" which evoke visions of lush meadows full of brilliantly colored flowers and absolutely played a fundamental role in our lives! A connection with nature brings joy, happiness and positive vibes. No matter how you are feeling nature has a way to turn things around. The soothing effect of nature rejuvenates our mind, body and soul.

Many Congratulations to More Than Words on celebrating 150th challenge!!!!

I started by collecting materials and fussy cut the Sospeso flowers, botanical blooms, women sticker, frames with golden net and stamped a vintage frame in black using archival ink, highlighted it with a golden pen.

Firstly I started with a diluted liquid watercolor in brown on the plastic sheet, direct applied on my page and some old newspaper stamping.

Added the frames with transparent saying stickers, decorated with fussy cut flowers and blooms.

Some journaling sticker rolls, washi tapes and stamping, added the number 150using a black pen.

In both of the corners, added some tear papers randomly.

Finally added some gems and a butterfly too.
Hope you all like my spread!

Happy crafting!
