It's festival time in India. On 10th, Rakhi Festival is going to celebrate all over India. So, I made a card for my brother:).
I go with Viva la Verve Sketch Challenge Blog this time and colour inspiration too.
Here is my take on the challenge:
I have a very old flower wooden stamp in my stash(I think it is almost 65 to 70 years old, It was my Granny collection) and very glad to use it here. I water coloured the flowers and leaf. Isn't it beautiful!!! I added some Ambies around my flower using Sizzix Hero arts Flower and butterfly die cut and stamp set .
I used a green coloured satin ribbon, made a bow and added a cute rubber flower on it with some yellow raffia.
On a Aqua coloured vellum tag I stamped a word "with" using archival jet black ink and the word "love" is a die cut and heat embossed in Wow Primary Ebony.I scattered some shiny sequins in aqua blue and yellow colour.
I love this card after completing having lots of textures, colours etc.

Circle die cut from sizzix
Itsy Bitsy -small flowers embossing folder
Versacolour-green ink' Versacraft- Spring green and Crystal crafts ink-Yellow and red

My papers are from DCWV-- Mariposa, Animal Crackers stack set and the lined texture paper is from JAGS-Bisde Song stack pad. . And the Polka dots papers are from my stash. Look at the embossed flowers which is a perfect match with this big flower.
