STAMPlorations Guest designer Post #5

Hello everyone!
Happy Wednesday!

Time for some inspirations for Wonderful Wednesday Coloring!!!
This time I prepared for celebrate this festive season with easy watercoloring technique ideas along with a sweet couple card too! Leave a comment here and at Stamplorations and my fellow crafter's blog to get a chance to win a $15 G.V. from the Stamplorations store!

Card #1
Watercolored shaker Reindeer

I colored directly on my Christmas Reindeer blue stencil with Zig Brush Pens.

I used different colors on this image, misting it with water and then pressed it very carefully on my white panel.  I tried to make my color scheme as an analogous colors and misted water helped to keep the colors merge clearly and easily (try to mist water minimal). Added some splatters. And converted it into a shaker with the dry double stitched embossed panel.

Added Be Jolly sentiment.
I just love it!

Supply list
Cardstock: Coconut White CS, Copper color sparkly sheet
Acetate sheet
Stencil: Christmas Reindeer from Artplorations
Dies: Crazy Double Running stitched Rectangles  and Be Jolly phrase die from Cutplorations
Zig Watercolor Brush Pens: Red, pink, blue, purple, green, orange, yellow, brown
White Foam sheet
Sequins: Stars and sparkly dots in gold

Card #2
Watercolored Wetstyle  Christmas Reindeer

So happy to be in Top 3 here:

Top 3
http://scrapfromyourheart.blogspot.com/2018/12/vinner-topp-3-utfordring-28.html

I started with a scrap piece of watercolored sheet.

Keep my Reindeer stencil on it and wet (little heavy to spread the color and mix easily) the image carefully using my brush.

Applied my DI with loose watercoloring as shown in the pic.

Remove the stencil and fussy cut the image. Added white color splatters to the image for winter effect.

Die cut a white textured panel and created a watercolored wreath. Added a gold color string with some sequins behind my image and added the sentiment strip. Die cut some leaves and attached a button along with it before adhered this panel to my card base using foam adhesive.

Supply list
Cardstocks: Heavy white CS and textured white CS
Watercolored sheet
Dies: Crazy Double Running stitched Rectangles  and from Cutplorations
Stencil: Christmas Reindeer from Artplorations
Stamp: Sentiment  from City girl stamp set Samplorations
Distress Inks: Ground espresso, vintage photo, Black soot and Mawed Lawn
Chalk Paint: white from Papericious
Gold Sequins From Mudra
Covered button with lace and a golden string from my stash

Card #3
Sweet Couple

Love.......we should adore each other every day...... not only in February but every single day!
This sweet couple definitely only have eyes for each other and feeling with joy!

I made this card with the subtle effect! I die cut a crazy double stitched panel in white and dragged my Candied Apple DI cube directly from top to middle.

Now stamped the couple image and heat embossed it with EP, fussy cut it.

I tried to give the subtle effect on the red Background by stamping the word Love many times and clear embossed the top part only for the subtle shine. The sentiment at the right bottom corner is from and colored those hearts.

Supply List
Cardstock: White CS
Stamp: Ever After and Power of Words from Stamplorations
Distress ink: Candied Apple
Embossing Glitter Powders: Clear EP and Black Twinkle embossing from Wow
Archival Ink: Jet Black
Foam Adhesive

Would love to enter my card in the following challenges:

Love how you colored the deer in your first two cards. Beautiful. I can't believe you got all that color on with the direct to paper technique. I must try it. And I love the color on color for the words.
