Makeover of a jute hand clutch!

Hello friends!
This time I tried to create something different, the makeover of a jute hand clutch!
Isn't it cute!!!!
I applied gesso on the front cover (2 coats) and let it dry. Using Tim Holtz stencil I created my background with distress inks. Then I experimented to stamp this cute Tilda image directly using Misti, but because of jute stuff, it doesn't appear well( I tried so many times). So I stamped the image on 400gsm white sheet and colored the image using distress markers.
I made my own handmade flowers inspiring by Dr. Sonia S V. She is very talented and a master in making handmade flowers and, this time, I made my rose flowers out of felts! She is celebrating her Celebrating 5 Million Page views!!!! Can you imagine guys!!!
Then I attached the different laces to my clutch and decorated it with my flowers, a jute butterfly, felt leaves, mulberry flower in green, white pearl string and few sequins and a cute bird cage charm hanging with a brad!
Hope you all  enjoyed this cute creation! And its perfect for gifting someone to make her day more brighter!

Supplies used:
Distress markers: Ripe persimmon, squeezed lemonade, salty ocean, peacock feathers, picked raspberry, seedless preserves, gathered twigs,
Promarkers: Putty
Stabilo black fine pen
Archival jet black ink
Tim Holtz Scribbles layering stencil
Die-namics Large and Small rose die set
Pink, Red, Dark green and white colored felt sheets
Petalloo flower collection
Sticky butterfly

Happy Birthday

Hello everyone!
Happy Day!
Today's card have a lot of fun! I recently added the Kite set from Paper Smooches and it's really cute!  My nephew birthday is coming and he love kites very much! So I wanted to create some sort of summer sky. And I played with my favorite Distress inks and Memento inks too!
The frame for the kites and clouds were die cut from the snippet of white and navy blue CS. The inside pieces were water colored using distress and memento inks and added some white gel pen accents to the kite. On the inside pieces of clouds, I created some textures for fun and really like the way it resembles a puffy texture.
Firstly I blended some distress inks and then applied texture transparent gloss paste and before drying added some white beads and diamond dust on it. So happy to see the result:).
And see the cute little detail on the kite tails. I die cut some additional bows out of the felt and adhered on my cream colored twine.
Before adhering my focal panel I die cut it using border die and also die cut a navy blue thin strip using the same die. At the bottom, I adhered a colorful stripe PP. Now I created the whole scene. The celebrate sentiment is also from a felt one.

Inside view:
I started off using my Memento dye inks blend a blue ombre BG. I concentrated on the darker top and fade lighter towards the center of the panel. I used a wet brush for splatters and added
some pearl drops too. I just love the effects to create the sky! And heat embossed my sentiment and try to match with my outer look!
PS: A very talented Nicole from http://www.rightathomeshop.com/ is hosting National Craft Month Celebrations using our favorite items with a fabulous hop and prizes!!! Come and join the fun!

1st DT creation for DCS

Hello, friends!
I am super excited to show  my very first DT card for DCS!!!!
The theme is "Anything goes". The challenge will run for the whole month. This month you can win an awesome prize: Whimsy stamps

For this special day, I tried a 3D technique on Tilda image very first time! It's an Easel card.

I created a BG for Tilda image. First, I stamped tiny dots randomly on an oval shape die. Applied embossing pad all over it and Mixed two of Wow embossing powders for textures(clear Brallie and Primary Luscious Lime), you can see below clearly  with a great result and adhered the panel on floral oval die!.
 From different angle
I have colored Tilda with Big Icecream using Distress markers, paper pieced Tilda's frock. Added glossy accents & glamor glitter dust to ice cream. I think  the ice cream looks  like a cupcake with ice cream on top! Lol. Give extra texture putting tiny white gel pen dots.
     Made my own handmade flowers:)
And embellished with my gorgeous lace, ribbon, half pearl trim, Paper fence lace few tiny blue colored flower sequins, silver sequins lace, few stickers!

There are Birthday message tags too!

I am always Here for you

Hello, friends!
I am back again with a CAS creation. There is a new challenge at Casology and today is the last day with the theme Distress!

And interpreted with Uniko color palette.

For this card, I have created a panel using distress inks which I have blended together with spritzing lots of water. Let the panel dry. Now there is a twist, I again distressed the panel from the reverse side with little darker BG and spritzed some pearlized water on it. After drying, I selected a Spellbinders floral die, I die cut the florals out of it, created the tiny holes for textures at the centres of flowers.
I slightly distressed all my flowers and give them a little shape. Now using my basic stitched dies, I created the top panel and adhered it on the whisper white textured CS. For the sentiment, I used my Misti stamping tool and stamped the sentiment with a shadow effect (third generation stamping). Now I inlaid all the flowers and embellished it with few sequins.
Supplies used:
Dies: Spellbinders Shapeabilities Anemone Flower Topper; Lawn Fawn Stitched borders; Die-namics Stitched basic dies
Distress inks: mermaid lagoon, abandoned coral, seedless preserve, mowed lawn, fossiled amber
Versacolor Jet black pigment ink
Stamp: Sentiment from Thinking of you Recollection stamp set

Water stamping card in rainbow colors

Hello, everyone!
Once again I am sharing my last creation for Craftyscrappers GDT post! This time, the theme is any "Stamping technique", so I choose water stamping technique for my creation!
When it will open, you will see.....

To begin, I first blended the card panel with Memento dye inks. Then misted my flourish stamp with water and stamped directly on the panel.
See the subtle effect which I created for the background panel:)
Then I text some script randomly. I die cut 4 corners out of a pink CS and added it to my panel. At the centre, added a tag ( from Craftscrappers die cut) which I distressed and stamped the sentiment and popped it for dimension. That cute butterfly Flower Oval Cabochon is also from Craftyscrapper goodies.
Now embelished the whole creation using some bling, sequins and pearls. And tied the opoened panel with a twine.
Hope, you guys like this creation and join us at Craftyscrappers with more fun!

Supplies used:

Snippets of White textured CS, Pink CS
Memento dye inks- Lilac posies, danube blue, dandelion, rose bud
Jet black Archival ink
Stamps- Timbers Clair flourishes; Script from Kaisercraft; Sentiment from Heidiswapp-HS01125
Dies- Spellbinder ShapeabilitiesnButterfly corner, Tag die cut from Craftyscrappers
Bling from Prima

For You

Hello, all crafty people!
I was unwell for past 15 days, suffering from fever and cold. But after lot of rests I am feeling well and start working with my new crafty creation and here it is!!
First of all, I made my own striped layered BG tone on tone pattern( using Dutchcardlovers color palette), using Winnie & Walter stamp, inspired by very talented Jennifer McguireJ overlap stamping technique! All month long W&W having their 2nd( Belated) Birthday Bash and I made this card with few of their challenges in mind- Create your own Background, Over the edge, Floral challenge.

I just stamped those multi-layering flowers and leaves, watercolored them for the softening look, fussy cut-out. Using Misti, I arranged my stamps on it, masked them, and stamped on a curved border which is already die cut before stamping!  Doesn’t it make a great background for these gorgeous peonies?  I added some white gel pen at the pollens for more detailing work!
I added two more layers of curved borders behind it for adding more detail and dimension and arrange these fussy florals and leaves over the edge using pop dots. Stamped the sentiment from the same set.
I die cut the Falling for you sentiment 3 times, glued them and removed the falling part out of it and adhered it under my curved borders. And embellished with few sequins which I won from a giveaway prize!
Inside view:
I hope you enjoyed this beautiful creation!
