January 2025 Release - Introducing Day 1.... Layering Picked poises Stencil

 Hello everyone!

Happy Tuesday & Happy New Year's Eve!!!

Today, the Uniko Brand Ambassadors and I begin the first introductions with a wonderful floral layering Picked Poises stencil.

It is a four-layered stencil that will work perfectly and pair beautifully with the Exclusive CraftStash Picked Posies Collection released earlier.

 Let's have a look at it in action...

I ink blended using picked raspberry, wilted violet and mermaid lagoon Distress oxides to create my background on a textured white CS. 

Then, I used Picked Poises layering stencils individually to ink the florals. For the big florals, I used picked fence DI.

The small florals are inked using the same background DO. 

After this, I applied shabby shutters and mowed lawn ink using the leaves stencil.

For the more intricate look of the leaves, I applied evergreen bough DI through the last leaves stencil. And for the center part of flowers versafine Oynx black ink.

Here is the look I achieved with all four layered stencils.

The sentiment is from the Mid Century Modern Everyday sentiments set.

This is absolutely one of the favourite stencils designed by Bev! She will be giving this set of stencils to one lucky comment left on any of the blog posts & or across Uniko's social media posts to celebrate New Year's Eve!

January 2025 Release Sneak Peeks

 Hello to all!

Happy Monday!

I know you all are busy celebrating the winter holidays with your family and friends! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas celebration!

Are you ready for the ending 2024 Sneak Peeks of the January 2025 Release at Uniko? Yes, that's right!!! There is a bunch of new releasing on Sunday 5th January.

 Let's have a look at the peeks...

                                     First up is a peek at a new fabulous layering stencil.

Next up is a new Ink & Flip layering stencil and can pair it with previously released Uniko products for even more creative options.

This third peek is of another new Ink & Flip layering stencil, one that will make your creativity sparkle! 

                                     It's a fun new addition to the Mid-Century Modern Collection...

                                            Next is a new addition to the Flower Power series.

This is a must sentiment set which will be required for the second Ink & Flip peek and they just go together like cookies and milk! 

This next peek is a re-introduction of a clear stamp set that was originally released back in August 2013. On a few requests, it is back and has a lot of creative potential.

This final peek is another addition to a highly popular sentiment series and it fills in some gaps adding even more options and occasions to use them.

There will be something for everyone! Tomorrow onwards, I and all the Uniko Brand Ambassadors will start the introductions!

Brand Ambassador Inspiration: The Magic of Christmas

 Hello everyone!

Happy Wednesday!

Merry Christmas to all of you! I hope you all are having a great time 🎄🎅

                                  Today, I made a special festive card using Uniko products!

I stamped the flower image on an acetate sheet and heat embossed it with Wow opaque bright white EP.

Die cut in a circle shape. Flip over the acetate sheet to the non-embossed side.

I filled some craft glue over a couple of petals. Then I sprinkled a heavy amount of fine glitter powder over the top and shook off the extra. I repeated the process for the rest of the petals and leaves with different glitter colors. I used various shades of red, orange, green and brown. The sentiment is from the same set.

Getting the correct photo with glitter is also a bigger challenge!

Uniko Brand Inspiration: One layer Christmas card

Hello everyone!

Happy Tuesday and Merry Christmas Eve!

Did you see Uniko's Christmas release last month? I loved everything in it. I spent a whole day creating Christmas cards! I picked a few items from this release and mixed and matched them with old ones!

 

I started by stamping the mehendi mandala design in Jet black archival ink at the top corner representing the Sun in festive colors. I watercolored it with my brush pens. At the bottom corner, I stamped the solid Christmas tree in ombre green DI with its outline image using Jet Black ink.

Then, I added some gifts with a Merry Christmas sentiment. I colored the gifts using acrylic markers. I quickly applied some Bronze Perfect Pearls to the Christmas tree, gifts, and sentiment; voila, it was all magic. The black ink turned into bronze, and I added some bronze splatters, too.

Today I am at Uniko blog with an inspiration card.

I started by white heat embossing one of the sentiments from the Season of Beauty stamp set. I added a few elements, like stars and tiny trees from the Christmas Pop stamp set. Then, I blended shaded lilac, cracked pistachio, and saltwater taffy DI over the heat-embossed images. 

I added two stamped trees from the Most Wonderful stamp set using Villainous Potion and Evergreen bough DI using double-adhesive foam tape. Some jewels were added for more fun as an ornament on the trees.

12 Days Of Christmas Inspiration & Giveaways 2024 - Christmas Linky Party 🎉

Happy Sunday!

From Today until 12th December 2024, we will celebrate with a Christmas Linky party, giveaways, and a lot of inspiration to brighten your Christmas with more joy and Happiness by creating Christmas cards in style!

I am showcasing a card using a Christmas Pop clear stamp set and Background Blocks: Snow flurry stamp set for this Christmas Party 🥳

I created a strip of white panel by creating fake embossed lines using Martha Stewart Board and swapping my lumber plaid DI on this panel as shown in the panel.

Then, I stamped some Christmas Pops in Lumberp laid DI and a Snow Flurry background builder in a round shape. I quickly applied silver Perfect Pearl to the snowflake one to create more interest in the background. I stamped a tiny bow from the Mid Century Modern Birthday stamp set, too, and fussy cut them all.

I placed all the elements on my white CS as shown in the below pic.

Added the bow with a handmade silver bow as an embellishment.

The sentiment is from Pure Florals: Poinsettia stamp set and I jewelled the panel as an embellishment to sparkle!
