Good Morning!
Today I created an elegant card featuring Poinsettia!
Firstly I started with a sentiment in the centre with black ink.
Then I created a pretty quick background. I took the poinsettia image and some holly leaves with berries using distress inks and misted my image with water before stamping onto a panel of white CS.
I then stamped the centres of each flower using dots with a darker ink. Using a pierced square created a window.
I adhered the panel onto my textured red card base and then added a layer of vellum to the card front and then foam mounted that window die cut panel. To finish it up added some very tiny sequins and some red stripes.
Hoping you enjoyed it!
Supply list
Cardstock: Whisper white and Textured red CS
Stamps: Poinsettia Peace from Poppy stamps
Dies: Pierced squares from Spellbinders; Square stitching (i used scalloped one here) Nellie's Multi frames
Distress inks: candied apple, forest moss, fired brick
Silver and gold ink from Itsy Bitsy
Silver and gold ink from Itsy Bitsy
Sequins: red from my stash
