Hello friends!
Happy Monday!
I've really enjoyed the inspirational challenges these days and took my inspiration for this pretty color theme here!
I die cut a vellum stitched circle. The floral image is heat embossed and colored with my distress markers and shading was done using my watercolor pencils for more depth. Stamped those tiny butterflies using Memento ink. Stamp the sentiment on an angle using same ink.
Now die cut a white running stitched rectangle panel. Using masking tape created those stripes using same memento ink and added some splatter too. Adhered this panel on my stitched card base using foam double tape. Added that vellum circle on the striped panel. Finished it off with some pretty glittery yellow enamel dots and some details using white gel pen.
I totally love the final outcome on this! Hoping you enjoyed this creation!
Happy crafting!

Love your use of our colors and all the beautiful details in your card! However it's a bit on a busy side for our clean and simple challenge -we like to see a bit more white (=empty) space in the cards in our gallery. I do love the look of your card though, the vellum was a great touch! Thanks for joining us at Less Is More and I hope to see you playing along in our new OLC Thinking of You Challenge!
ReplyDeleteSo nice!
