Friends are the sunshine

Hello Crafters!
Happy day to all! Now, a new month has started so fast. My daughter has went for higher studies for 2 years at Madras. When I needed to voice my thoughts and opinions to, she was always there. She gave me much encouragement, total understanding and inspiration, I am missing her a lot.  My daughter is my friend too :)
               So, I made a  CAS card on friend theme ....... Here it is    
 Blue is my favourite colour and my daughter is a beach lover. I created a scene with lots of stamping, stenciling, using lots of die cuts etc. I stitched all around the edges of Blue CS frame.

 To create a cloudy sky, I pick up a sky blue coloured cloudy PP from my stash. I used Impression Obsession Love Birds Die cut for the birds.
I stamped the umbrella on a watercolour CS and coloured it with distress markers.
 See the dimension of umbrella, I just love it and birds are tweeting as a friend..."let,s Go"!!! I stamped the sentiment on the vellum using Wow primary Ebony embossing powder.
 For the first time  I used Tim Holtz Sunrays Stencil( won as a candy winner). I took a yellow handicraft sheet.  Sponged the edges using Versacolour orange ink and applied Sakura Modelling paste, fussy cut out it.
                                All the dies are new in my stash and now I am happy that I have a good collection of them:0). I took a Shiny blue coloured sheet and used a Memory Box Big Splash Border die and added it on a vellum dotted sheet(hardly seen the dots).
 At the bottom I added a new weaved blue coloured ribbon with a bow and button.

I used Itsy Bitsy Thin Cuts Fancy Assorted Par die cut and stamped the sentiment using Archival Ink first time and I am very happy to see the result. For the watercolour background I used Versa colour orange and yellow ink. Then I applied blue glitter to make a frame.
 I think my daughter will also like this card!!!
